Beijing Direct Energy Corp (BDEC) is a subordinate to IPPEC, which is the sole distributor of Second Wind Inc (USA) in China. BDEC started wind business in China from 1999, and up to now more than 1000 loggers have been installed in China, holding 60% market share in this field.
